1. Company Overview
Source Creative is a sourcing agency and buying house based in India, specializing in sustainable, eco-friendly, and natural fiber fabrics. We work with ethical clothing brands and designers globally to supply handwoven, naturally dyed, and artisanal textiles.

2. Product Information & Custom Orders

• Most of our fabrics are made-to-order and may vary slightly from swatches or photos.

• Handwoven and hand-dyed fabrics may carry natural irregularities that are not considered defects.

• Custom production timelines will be agreed upon before the order is confirmed.
   

3. Fabric Quality & Tolerance Policy
All fabrics are inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of natural, handmade, and small-batch textile production, a tolerance of 2–3% across the order is allowed for:

• Minor weaving irregularities

• Small stains or dye marks

• Slight shade variation from approved swatches

These are within accepted industry standards and do not qualify for replacement, refund, or return. If a defect significantly affects the usability of the fabric, we may offer a discount or re-production, depending on the case.

4. Sampling Policy

• Swatches are offered at no cost.

• Fabric samples (1 meter or more) are available at actual cost, including shipping.

• Sampling does not guarantee final bulk orders will be 100% identical, due to the handmade nature of our products.
   

5. Order Confirmation & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a purchase order or written confirmation.

• Payment terms (advance, milestone-based, etc.) are agreed upon at the time of order.

• Delays in payment may affect lead time and delivery schedules.
   

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We handle shipping from India to most global destinations.

• Shipping charges are confirmed in advance and vary based on weight and destination.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or courier delays.
   

7. Returns & Cancellations

• Returns are not accepted for made-to-order or custom fabrics, unless the defect exceeds the acceptable tolerance and renders the fabric unusable.

• Cancellations after production has started are not eligible for refund.

• Any disputes must be raised within 5 days of receiving the fabric.
   

8. Intellectual Property

• All fabric designs developed by Source Creative or our partner artisans remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any design references provided.
   

9. Limitation of Liability
Source Creative is not liable for:

• Losses arising from delays caused by third-party vendors, couriers, or customs.

• Any indirect or consequential loss, including business interruption or missed retail timelines.
   

10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.
